Gaica: Sweets for the True Victor Living Gracefully and Healthily Through the Years
Gaica.
It is a song of triumph.
A song sung proudly by the victor alone.
However, the
meaning of victory is clearly changing.
Now it means living the years with grace and health.
And
doing so in a way that benefits not only oneself but also others.
Therefore, we must truly take in
things of quality.
Quality words. Quality food.
For example, a sweet made from the finest natural
ingredients.
A chocolate that transcends time and space, blending ancient Japanese ingredients known
since the age of the gods with cacao brought from the far reaches of the modern world.
As it melts on
the tongue, it fills us with the joy of being alive in this very moment.
Gaica.
A song of
triumph.
For those who live with authenticity, we offer a genuine taste.

CONCEPT

"Takakibi" Was Born from a Prayer for a Bountiful Harvest
Since ancient times, the grounds of Ichimiya Oawa Shrine, located in Kamiyama-cho, Myozai-gun,
Tokushima, have been filled with tranquility.
The shrine enshrines Ogetsuhime, the goddess who
governs all food.
There is a theory that the kanji "阿波" (Awa), used for Tokushima, is a
phonetic character for "粟" (awa), a type of millet. It is believed that the cultivation of
millets such as kibi (millet), awa (foxtail millet), and hie (barnyard millet) began in this region.
The
superfood "takakibi" is a grain born from a prayer for abundance.
TAKAKIBI

Superfood Grown on Mountain Slopes Bathed in Sunlight
In the Nishi-Awa region of Tokushima, there is a "Steep Slope Land Agriculture System" that has been
designated as a Globally Important Agricultural Heritage System. On the sun-drenched mountain slopes
grows the miracle grain "takakibi," which has existed since the mythological age of Japan.
This
"takakibi" is a superfood rich in powerful antioxidants.
When paired with cacao, another
antioxidant-rich ingredient, it becomes a top-quality sweet, offering a delightfully crisp texture and a
smooth, melt-in-the-mouth finish.
